Collection Description

As children we spend much of our time playing, but it’s not always a habit that we carry through into adulthood. However, we can learn a lot from the playful nature of children. There are a number of great benefits for adults who play games, including stress relief, improved brain function, and improved social relationships and connections with others.

Playing games is particularly beneficial to disabled and elderly people as it can help to improve dexterity, motor skills, memory function, and social skills. Play also helps to improve spatial awareness, coordination, and cooperation with others which those with learning difficulties may struggle with.
